  1. Develop and implement strategies for the continued growth and success of the POM product suite.
  2. Lead and drive the development of new product features and enhancements, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and customer needs, and use this information to inform product roadmap decisions.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize product backlog items.
  5. Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  6. Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch monitoring and optimization.
  7. Oversee product pricing and positioning to ensure competitiveness in the market.
  8. Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for product updates.
  9. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitor products to inform product strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
  11. Mentor and provide guidance to junior product team members.
  12. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  13. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.
  14. Represent the company and the POM product suite at industry events and conferences.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert on POM products and provide training and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Project Management, Or Related Field.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Services Industry And Products, Specifically In The Area Of Portfolio Management.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Experience With Agile Methodologies And A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
