We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Vice President of POM (Portfolio Optimization and Modeling) Product Management. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and growth of our POM product offerings.   1. Develop and drive the strategic direction for the POM product offerings.
  2. Identify market trends and customer needs to inform product development.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new product features and enhancements.
  4. Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of the POM products.
  5. Manage the product lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  6. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, and senior management.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of product managers to ensure the successful delivery of POM products.
  9. Drive product adoption and revenue growth through effective marketing and sales support.
  10. Monitor industry and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and incorporate these changes into product strategy.
  11. Conduct regular product trainings and presentations to educate internal and external stakeholders on the POM products.
  12. Analyze and report on product performance to senior management and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Collaborate with technology teams to ensure the successful implementation of new products and features.
  14. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in product management and financial services.
  15. Represent the company at industry conferences and events to promote the POM products.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Experience Managing A Team Of Product Managers.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Pom (Portfolio Of Managed) Products And Services, Including Market Trends And Competitor Offerings.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Internal Stakeholders And External Clients.
