- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize operations and enhance overall performance.
- Lead and manage the Metrics and Analytics department, including setting goals, allocating resources, and monitoring progress.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify key trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business success.
- Create and maintain a culture of data-driven decision making throughout the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and use them to drive innovation within the company.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Hire, train, and mentor a team of data analysts to support the department's goals and objectives.
- Communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to various audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data-driven strategies and make necessary adjustments to drive continuous improvement.
- Utilize project management skills to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple projects within tight deadlines.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to data and analytics.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
Bachelor's Degree In Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Analytics, Metrics, Or Data Analysis, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Data Management And Analytical Tools, Such As Sql, Python, And Tableau.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Data To Executive Stakeholders.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Analytics Strategies To Support Business Goals And Drive Data-Driven Decision Making.
