- Develop and implement loan modeling and analytics capabilities to support business objectives and drive growth.
- Lead a team of analysts and modelers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of loan models and analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk management, finance, and business units, to understand and address business needs.
- Utilize a variety of data sources to develop and enhance loan models and analytics, including market trends, economic data, and internal data.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and internal policies related to loan modeling and analytics.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
- Collaborate with technology teams to implement new tools and technologies to support loan modeling and analytics.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management, providing updates on loan modeling and analytics initiatives and results.
- Manage and monitor model performance, making necessary adjustments and updates as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of loan modeling and analytics.
- Communicate complex concepts and findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources for loan modeling and analytics.
Extensive Experience In Financial Modeling And Analytics, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Loan Products And Lending Practices, Including Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Loan Modeling Strategies To Drive Business Growth And Profitability.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
