- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the ETF fund administration team, ensuring all tasks and processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and success of the ETF business, in line with the overall company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the highest level of service is provided to clients.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
- Analyze and assess current processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Manage relationships with external service providers, ensuring quality and cost-effective services are delivered.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Etf Fund Administration, With At Least 3 Years In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Etf Market And Industry Trends, As Well As Regulatory Requirements.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team.
Proficiency In Financial Reporting And Analysis, As Well As Experience With Fund Accounting Systems And Technology.
