Vice President, Corporate Tax

Reporting to the CFO, this individual will be responsible for leading and managing the Corporate Tax function for the organization. The ideal candidate holds a CPA and/or a JD degree and has a minimum of 7 years of experience in a corporate tax environment. We are looking for an individual who is well-versed in tax laws and regulations and who can bring technical expertise in tax planning and compliance. The successful candidate will be a confident and results-oriented leader who can provide guidance and direction while staying abreast of current tax trends. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the corporate tax function for the organization • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations • Develop and implement tax planning strategies • Keep up-to-date on current tax trends • Provide guidance and direction to the financial and legal teams • Work collaboratively with clients and other stakeholders • Liaise with external tax advisors • Prepare tax returns and other statutory filings • Analyze and report on tax data • Monitor and mitigate tax risks • Provide timely and accurate advice on tax-related matters
