- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making as a key member of the leadership team.
- Handle escalated client issues and inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Stay current with market trends and changes to anticipate and mitigate potential risks to the business.
- Represent the organization in meetings and presentations with clients and stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets And Investment Products.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Problem-Solving Skills.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing Client Relationships.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Financial Services, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.
