  1. Oversee and lead the client operations team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to clients.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize client operations processes and procedures.
  3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in delivering services to clients.
  5. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns and building strong relationships.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
  9. Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics for the client operations team.
  10. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making as a key member of the leadership team.
  11. Handle escalated client issues and inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining client satisfaction.
  12. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
  14. Stay current with market trends and changes to anticipate and mitigate potential risks to the business.
  15. Represent the organization in meetings and presentations with clients and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets And Investment Products.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Financial Services, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.
