
Vice President, APAC User Experience (UX/ Service Designer)

- Lead and oversee the design and development of user-centric solutions for clients in the Asia Pacific region.
- Drive innovation and excellence in user experience by staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into effective user experience strategies.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences in the Asia Pacific market.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improvements.
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and implement user experience design standards and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, establish project timelines, and manage expectations.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate them into the user experience design process.
- Continuously monitor and analyze user experience metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of user experience designs into products and services.
- Provide thought leadership and present design concepts and strategies to senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the team and the organization.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships and promoting our user experience capabilities.
- Continuously strive for excellence and drive continuous improvement in the user experience offerings of the company.
Extensive Experience In Ux And Service Design: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Ux And Service Design, With A Strong Track Record Of Delivering Successful Projects And Driving User-Centric Design Strategies.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Apac Market: The Vice President Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Apac Market, Including Cultural Nuances, Customer Preferences, And Regulatory Landscape. This Knowledge Will Be Essential In Driving User Experience Strategies That Are Tailored For The Region.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Ux And Service Designers. This Includes Setting Strategic Direction, Providing Mentorship And Guidance, And Fostering A Collaborative And Innovative Work Environment.
Strong Communication And Stakeholder Management Abilities: As A Senior Leader, The Vice President Will Be Responsible For Communicating Ux And Service Design Strategies To Stakeholders At All Levels, Including Senior Management. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills Are Crucial For Success In This Role.
