  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive UK Veteran's Programme that aligns with the company's mission and values.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and teams within the company to identify potential roles and opportunities for veterans.
  3. Create and maintain relationships with veteran organizations and networks to promote the UK Veteran's Programme.
  4. Conduct outreach and recruitment efforts to attract qualified veteran candidates.
  5. Review and evaluate veteran resumes and applications to identify top candidates for the programme.
  6. Coordinate and conduct interviews and assessments for potential candidates.
  7. Work with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected veteran candidates.

  13. Serve as a point of contact for veteran employees and address any concerns or issues that may arise.

  15. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supporting veteran employees and implement them into the programme.
