Sr. UX Design Lead

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Sr. UX Design Lead to join The Bank of New York Mellon’s Design team. As a member of the Design team, you’ll be responsible for driving user experience design and end-to-end user journey development. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of developing innovative and engaging user experiences, a deep understanding of user research, analytics, and user-centered design, and be comfortable working with product, engineering, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage UX design initiatives and processes.
2. Develop user-centered design solutions for new and existing product features.
3. Utilize user research, analytics, and user feedback to create effective design solutions.
4. Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
5. Collaborate with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions are executed properly.
6. Create and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
7. Ensure designs are consistent with brand style guides and usability standards.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and UX best practices.
9. Conduct usability testing and user research to validate design solutions.
