Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a deep understanding of financial markets and trading services in order to provide superior financial services to clients.
  2. Handle inquiries from clients and provide customer service in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Monitor and analyze the performance of trading services and make recommendations for improvements.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to ensure the smooth operation of trading services.
  5. Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure that all projects and tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  6. Meet tight deadlines and remain organized in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.
  7. Assist with the development of new products and services.
  8. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all trading services.
  10. Provide training and guidance to new employees.
