Our ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the pricing analytics process and be comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.A successful Specialist, Pricing Analytics at The Bank of New York Mellon will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline, as well as 3+ years of experience in pricing analytics, pricing strategy, or a related field. Candidates should also have a proven track record of success in developing and executing pricing strategies, with a strong focus on data analysis. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be experienced in utilizing best practices in pricing analytics and be able to present data in a meaningful way. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute pricing strategies with a focus on data analysis and best practices in pricing analytics.
- Analyze data to identify trends and uncover insights to inform pricing decisions.
- Utilize data to develop and present meaningful and actionable reports and recommendations.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment of pricing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze competitive pricing strategies and trends in order to anticipate market changes.
- Develop and maintain pricing models and forecasting tools to support pricing initiatives.
- Assist in the implementation of new pricing initiatives and strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in pricing analytics.
