Job Description

At The Bank of New York Mellon, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Specialist, Pricing Analytics to join our team and drive our pricing strategies. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a passion for uncovering insights from data. Our ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the pricing analytics process and be comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.A successful Specialist, Pricing Analytics at The Bank of New York Mellon will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline, as well as 3+ years of experience in pricing analytics, pricing strategy, or a related field. Candidates should also have a proven track record of success in developing and executing pricing strategies, with a strong focus on data analysis. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be experienced in utilizing best practices in pricing analytics and be able to present data in a meaningful way. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute pricing strategies with a focus on data analysis and best practices in pricing analytics.
  2. Analyze data to identify trends and uncover insights to inform pricing decisions.
  3. Utilize data to develop and present meaningful and actionable reports and recommendations.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment of pricing strategies.
  5. Monitor and analyze competitive pricing strategies and trends in order to anticipate market changes.
  6. Develop and maintain pricing models and forecasting tools to support pricing initiatives.
  7. Assist in the implementation of new pricing initiatives and strategies.
  8. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in pricing analytics.
