  5. Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy.

  12. Participate in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.

  17. Assist with year-end payroll tasks such as W-2 preparation and distribution.
  18. Collaborate with external vendors and payroll service providers.
  19. Attend training and professional development opportunities to enhance payroll knowledge and skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Payroll Administration, Preferably In A Financial Institution

  • Strong Understanding Of Payroll Processing, Tax Regulations, And Labor Laws

  • Proficiency In Payroll Software And Systems, Such As Adp Or Workday

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Attention To Detail And Accuracy In Data Management.
