  1. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on investment-related matters, including regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  2. Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and compliance policies.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all investment-related activities are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  4. Support the legal team in preparing and filing regulatory reports and disclosures.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized records of all investment-related documents and correspondence.
  6. Monitor changes in laws and regulations related to the investment industry and report any potential impacts to the legal team.
  7. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external parties, such as clients and regulatory agencies, to provide necessary legal support and advice.
  8. Assist in the development and implementation of compliance training programs for employees.
  9. Conduct due diligence on potential investments and provide recommendations to the legal team.
  10. Participate in meetings and presentations with clients and other stakeholders to provide legal expertise and advice.
  11. Act as a liaison between the legal team and other departments within the organization to ensure efficient and effective communication and collaboration.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to ethical standards in all job duties.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve legal knowledge and skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience As A Paralegal In A Corporate Or Financial Institution, With A Focus On Investment-Related Matters.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Investment Products And Services, Including Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, And Private Equity.

  • Strong Understanding Of Legal Principles And Procedures, Including Contract Review And Drafting, Due Diligence, And Regulatory Compliance.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
