
Specialist, Fund/Client Accounting

- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date fund and client accounting records.
- Review financial data and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company and industry standards.
- Perform daily, monthly, and yearly reconciliations of client accounts and investment transactions.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate accounting processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new accounting systems and procedures.
- Assist with financial audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests for information.
- Prepare and distribute accurate and timely financial reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and industry best practices in fund and client accounting.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.
- Train and mentor new team members on accounting processes and policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient workflow.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in financial data.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Fund Or Client Accounting, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Accounting Principles And Standards, Including Gaap And Ifrs.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Accounting Issues.
Proficient In Microsoft Excel And Other Accounting Software, With The Ability To Manipulate And Analyze Large Sets Of Financial Data.
