Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee clients’ accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain customer service standards and ensure that customer queries and complaints are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve account management processes.
- Monitor account activity and ensure compliance with bank regulations.
- Analyze financial statements, provide reports, and make recommendations to clients.
- Evaluate account performance and suggest ways to improve efficiency.
- Prepare documents and presentations for client meetings.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of clients.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure successful outcomes.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
