Job Description

At The Bank of New York Mellon, we are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. If you are a passionate individual with a knack for developing engaging content, we want you! As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing our social media strategy across multiple platforms.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years marketing and social media experience, a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, and a strong understanding of digital marketing. You must have experience developing and executing social media campaigns and a portfolio of successful campaigns and initiatives.You must have a creative eye for content creation and the ability to think outside the box. You also must be a self-starter who is organized and able to manage multiple projects at once.If you are passionate about social media and have an eye for developing content that engages and inspires, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute the Bank of New York Mellon's social media strategy across multiple platforms.
  2. Create and implement successful social media campaigns and initiatives.
  3. Generate content that engages and inspires audiences.
  4. Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and initiatives.
  5. Keep up to date with current trends, best practices, and technologies in the social media space.
  6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently.
  7. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that campaigns and initiatives align with business goals.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with influencers.
  9. Ensure that content adheres to the Bank of New York Mellon's brand guidelines.
  10. Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns and initiatives.
