- Develop and execute pre-sales strategies to support the company's business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of pre-sales engineers to ensure high-quality and impactful client engagements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to identify client needs and design customized solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the company's technology and capabilities.
- Act as a technical expert and trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to address their business challenges.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve the company's pre-sales approach.
- Manage and prioritize multiple client engagements and sales opportunities simultaneously.

- Provide timely and accurate reporting on pre-sales activities and outcomes to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback and insights on client needs to inform product development and enhancements.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements to promote our brand and network with potential clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Pre-Sales Engineering Or Technical Sales In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Banking And Financial Technology, Including Knowledge Of Trading Systems, Risk Management, And Data Analytics.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team Of Pre-Sales Engineers, As Well As Developing And Executing Strategic Sales Plans.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
