- Oversee all aspects of fund accounting and financial reporting for our real estate investment funds.
- Develop and implement financial strategies and policies for the real estate division.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports for the real estate funds.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance of the real estate funds, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
- Manage a team of fund accountants and analysts, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to real estate finance and accounting.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and senior management.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks for the real estate funds.
- Participate in the development and execution of fundraising strategies for new real estate investment opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.

Extensive Experience In Real Estate Fund Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Fund Management, With A Strong Focus On Real Estate. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Real Estate Investment Strategies, Market Trends, And Regulatory Requirements.
Strong Financial And Analytical Skills: As A Senior Vice President, Fund Controller, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Financial Performance Of Multiple Real Estate Funds.
