Senior Vice President, External Reporting Manager

Responsibilities:

-Oversee the Bank’s external financial reporting process and strategy -Manage the external reporting team and ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance with rules and regulations -Develop and implement internal financial reporting policies and procedures -Monitor changes in external financial reporting requirements and assess the impact on the Bank -Provide guidance and training to the external financial reporting team -Evaluate and improve the external reporting process -Collaborate with other departments, including finance and legal, to ensure compliance with external financial reporting requirements -Manage external financial reporting requirements including annual reports, SEC filings, and other regulatory filings -Analyze data and create meaningful reports for external stakeholders -Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and other financial documents -Maintain and update financial records in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory guidelines -Communicate with external auditors and other stakeholders as needed
