  • Develop and implement data management strategies in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee all aspects of data management processes, including data governance, data quality, and data security
  • Lead and manage a team of quantitative analysts to conduct advanced statistical and mathematical analyses to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, risk management, and business units, to identify data needs and ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Monitor and report on data management metrics to senior management and make recommendations for improvement as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data management and quantitative analysis to drive innovation and continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and effectively communicate data management strategies and results to diverse audiences
