  1. Provide expert legal counsel and advice to clients and internal teams on issues related to treasury services, credit services, and corporate trust.
  2. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and changes in the financial market to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
  3. Develop and implement legal strategies to support business objectives and mitigate potential legal issues.
  4. Lead and manage a team of legal professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality legal services are delivered.

  6. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for the organization on legal matters related to treasury services, credit services, and corporate trust.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Financial Services Industry, With A Focus On Credit Services And Corporate Trust.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Legal And Regulatory Framework For Financial Institutions, Including Securities Laws, Banking Laws, And Corporate Governance.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing A Team And Overseeing Complex Legal Matters.

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Advise Senior Management And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders Across The Organization.
