  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive agile transformation strategy for the organization, in line with industry best practices.
  2. Provide guidance and support to senior leaders in understanding and embracing agile principles and practices.
  3. Coach and mentor teams at all levels of the organization to adopt agile methodologies and continuously improve their processes.
  4. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other learning opportunities to promote agile understanding and adoption.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement agile tools and techniques to improve efficiency and productivity.
  6. Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  7. Monitor and track the progress of agile initiatives and provide regular updates to senior management.
  8. Identify and address any barriers or challenges to agile adoption, working with teams to find solutions and ensure smooth implementation.
  9. Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and agile mindset across the organization.
  10. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in agile, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance and evolve the organization's agile practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Leading And Implementing Agile Methodologies In A Large Organization, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Demonstrated Success In Coaching And Mentoring Teams On Agile Principles And Practices, Including Scrum, Kanban, And Lean.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Software Development Lifecycle And Ability To Work Closely With Development Teams To Ensure Successful Delivery Of Projects.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Organizational Transformation And Promoting A Culture Of Continuous Improvement Through Agile Principles.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership To Drive Agile Adoption And Implementation.
