
Senior Specialist, Client Service
The Bank of New York Mellon is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Specialist, Client Service to join our thriving Client Service team. As a Senior Specialist, Client Service, you will be at the forefront of our customer service efforts, ensuring the highest quality of service for our clients. You will need to possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, have a keen eye for detail, and be a natural problem solver. In addition, you must have a strong knowledge of banking operations, as well as a thorough understanding of customer service principles and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary customer service to Bank of New York Mellon clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Utilize a variety of communication methods to effectively meet customer needs.
- Monitor customer accounts and transactions for accuracy and compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
- Assist with the training and development of new customer service representatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations and best practices.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients.
- Track customer service metrics and prepare reports.
