
Senior Specialist, Client Onboarding

Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee onboarding processes and procedures for clients to ensure effective and efficient onboarding.
- Maintain client records and ensure the accuracy of all documentation.
- Communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor onboarding process to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any client issues or concerns related to onboarding.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure onboarding processes are in compliance with regulations.
- Remain up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices and ensure they are reflected in onboarding processes.
- Train and mentor new team members on onboarding processes.
- Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies related to client onboarding.
