
Senior Representative, Client Service
At The Bank of New York Mellon, we are looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Senior Representative, Client Service. As a Senior Representative, Client Service you will be responsible for providing a high level of service to our clients while ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be expected to maintain knowledge of our products and services and provide advice and guidance to our clients.We are looking for an individual who has a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service or financial services role. You must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
