- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and emerging fraud threats to continuously improve fraud detection and prevention protocols.
- Conduct investigations into suspected fraudulent activities, including gathering evidence, conducting interviews, and collaborating with law enforcement agencies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, such as Compliance, Risk Management, and Legal teams.
- Prepare and present reports on fraud trends, incidents, and prevention efforts to senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor and review suspicious activity reports and take appropriate action to mitigate potential risks.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of fraud detection and prevention processes to ensure effectiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members on fraud detection and surveillance techniques and best practices.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline and enhance fraud detection and prevention processes.
- Maintain the highest levels of ethical and professional conduct in all aspects of the job.
