- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the EMEA region through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Utilize extensive knowledge and skills in the foreign exchange market to drive revenue for the bank.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams including trading, technology, and operations to ensure seamless execution of transactions and products.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on eFX products and services based on their specific needs and goals.
- Conduct analysis of client portfolios to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in the bank's CRM system.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and represent the bank to potential clients.
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
- Assist in the training and development of junior team members.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
- Act as an ambassador for the bank, promoting its values and maintaining a positive image at all times.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Efx Sales In The Emea Region, With A Strong Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Building Strong Client Relationships.
Comprehensive Understanding Of The Fx Market, Including Spot, Forwards, Options, And Derivatives, As Well As Knowledge Of E-Trading Platforms And Algorithms.
Proven Ability To Identify And Develop New Business Opportunities, As Well As Cross-Sell And Upsell Existing Clients.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Concepts To Clients Of Varying Levels Of Expertise.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Market Trends And Provide Strategic Insights And Solutions To Clients.
