We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Senior Associate to join our eFX Sales team in the EMEA region.   1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the EMEA region through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
  2. Utilize extensive knowledge and skills in the foreign exchange market to drive revenue for the bank.
  3. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams including trading, technology, and operations to ensure seamless execution of transactions and products.
  5. Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on eFX products and services based on their specific needs and goals.
  6. Conduct analysis of client portfolios to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in the bank's CRM system.
  8. Attend industry events and conferences to network and represent the bank to potential clients.
  9. Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  10. Assist in the training and development of junior team members.
  11. Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
  12. Act as an ambassador for the bank, promoting its values and maintaining a positive image at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Efx Sales In The Emea Region, With A Strong Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Building Strong Client Relationships.

  • Comprehensive Understanding Of The Fx Market, Including Spot, Forwards, Options, And Derivatives, As Well As Knowledge Of E-Trading Platforms And Algorithms.

  • Proven Ability To Identify And Develop New Business Opportunities, As Well As Cross-Sell And Upsell Existing Clients.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Concepts To Clients Of Varying Levels Of Expertise.
