- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide high-quality reporting and performance analysis services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including portfolio managers, operations, and technology, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of client reports.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client portfolios, identifying trends and providing insights to inform investment decisions.
- Monitor and review client performance data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in client reporting and performance data.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client reporting and performance analysis processes.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely manner.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities to meet tight deadlines and deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Train and mentor junior team members on client reporting and performance analysis processes and procedures.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Participate in meetings and presentations with clients to discuss performance and address any questions or concerns.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline reporting and performance analysis processes to increase efficiency and add value for clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop new business opportunities and support client retention efforts.
- Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Client Reporting And Performance Analysis Within The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Investment Products, Performance Measurement Methodologies, And Industry Standards (E.g. Gips).
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting Tools, Such As Factset Or Bloomberg.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
