  1. Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between the business and technology teams.
  2. Facilitate communication and collaboration between the two teams to ensure alignment and understanding of goals and objectives.
  3. Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency improvements by understanding the business needs and translating them into technology solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  6. Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology solutions.
  7. Analyze and evaluate business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation and training materials to support the adoption of new technology solutions.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and implement technology initiatives.
  10. Provide guidance and support to junior team members to promote their professional growth and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Information Technology, Or Finance.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably Within The Financial Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And Technology Solutions, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Improvements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
