
Representative, Shareholder Services
The Bank of New York Mellon is looking for an energetic and customer service-driven Representative, Shareholder Services to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for the Bank’s shareholder services clients, providing superior service and solutions to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide quality customer service in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the Bank’s shareholder services products and services.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the Bank’s customer relationship management system.
- Monitor customer accounts and transactions to identify and prevent potential risks and fraud.
- Monitor and analyze customer usage trends to suggest new products and services.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
- Participate in and contribute to staff meetings and training sessions.
