You should also have a deep understanding of financial services products and processes.As our Representative, Investor Services Operations, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service. You will be responsible for ensuring our clients have the best customer experience and that all their needs are met. You will be the face of The Bank of New York Mellon and the go-to person for all their financial services needs. It is essential that you have an in-depth understanding of the financial services industry and are knowledgeable in all financial services products and processes.
