Principal, Program and Project Management

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a program and project management strategy to ensure efficient delivery of projects within budget and on schedule.
2. Lead a team of project managers and oversee our portfolio of projects.
3. Provide guidance, mentorship and support to the project management team.
4. Set goals and objectives for the project management team and ensure they are met.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally.
6. Utilize project management methodologies, processes, and tools to maximize project success.
7. Monitor and report on progress of projects, identifying risks and solutions.
8. Analyze project metrics to assess performance and recommend improvement strategies.
9. Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, budgets, and status reports.
10. Work closely with other departments to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
