Principal, Program and Project Management

Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic program and project management initiatives to drive organizational transformation • Manage the bank’s portfolio of projects and ensure successful execution • Maximize performance and ensure successful delivery of programs and projects • Lead and inspire teams to think outside the box and challenge the status quo • Develop strong stakeholder management skills and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders • Possess excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration and motivate teams • Represent the bank in industry events and communicate the impact of programs and projects • Utilize creative and innovative approaches to program and project management to elevate practices to the next level • Monitor program and project performance and recommend adjustments to ensure successful outcomes • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in the banking and program/project management industry
