Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain Mainframe applications and programs to meet business needs.
  2. Utilize the latest Mainframe technologies to ensure a high level of performance and security.
  3. Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to create innovative solutions that meet the Bank of New York Mellon's business objectives.
  4. Troubleshoot and debug existing Mainframe applications and programs.
  5. Create and update technical documentation for Mainframe applications and programs.
  6. Provide technical guidance and direction to junior Mainframe developers.
  7. Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and industry standards.
  9. Stay abreast of emerging Mainframe technologies and trends.
