We are looking for a Payments Strategy & Innovation – Vice President to join The Bank of New York Mellon and help shape the future of payments. This role is ideal for a creative and innovative individual who is an expert in the payments and financial services space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing, launching, and managing payment solutions. They will have a deep understanding of the payments landscape, including industry trends, regulations, and innovation. A strong business acumen and the ability to lead cross-functional teams are essential for success in this position. We are looking for a leader who can develop strategies and drive innovation to help our Bank remain competitive and profitable. This individual will have the opportunity to work with colleagues across our organization to build and implement creative solutions that will help us stay ahead of the competition. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strategies and drive innovation to help The Bank of New York Mellon remain competitive and profitable.
  2. Identify and analyze industry trends and emerging technologies.

  4. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Monitor industry regulations and ensure compliance.
  7. Create and present reports on payment solutions and strategies.
  8. Stay current on industry trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
  9. Proactively collaborate with colleagues across the organization to achieve desired results.
