Network Operations Specialist

Responsibilites:

1. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot network systems to ensure optimal performance.
2. Monitor, analyze, and optimize network performance.
3. Report network issues to the appropriate personnel.
4. Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, and switches.
5. Manage user access to the network and ensure data security.
6. Develop and maintain documentation for network operations.
7. Provide technical support to users and other staff members.
8. Remain up-to-date on new networking technologies.
9. Assist in the development and implementation of network policies and procedures.
10. Coordinate with vendors to install and maintain network hardware and software.
