  1. Oversee all aspects of food and hospitality operations to ensure the highest level of service for clients and employees.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of food and hospitality services.
  3. Plan and coordinate menus, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and preferences.
  4. Manage inventory and ordering to maintain adequate supply levels and minimize waste.
  5. Train and supervise staff to ensure they provide exceptional customer service and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
  6. Create and maintain a welcoming and clean environment for clients and employees.
  7. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with food and hospitality suppliers to ensure quality products and services.
  9. Monitor and manage the food and hospitality budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of food and hospitality services for events and meetings.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve service offerings.
  12. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff to promote professional growth and development.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and high employee morale.
  14. Comply with all health and safety regulations and ensure all staff members do the same.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
