Manager/Assistant Controller

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information
2. Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and metrics to management
3. Lead and oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control functions of the organization
4. Identify areas of cost savings and process improvement
5. Monitor and analyze financial performance and develop strategies to improve the financial health of the organization
6. Establish and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and other financial regulations
7. Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and other external stakeholders
8. Supervise, mentor, and train the finance team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial activities
9. Manage and coordinate all financial activities related to the organization’s projects and initiatives
10. Develop and maintain relationships with banking institutions and other financial institutions.
