
Major Incident Manager
At The Bank of New York Mellon, we are looking for an experienced, motivated Major Incident Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a critical role, responsible for leading the effective and efficient resolution of major incidents and driving our incident management process. You should have a passion for problem-solving and a strong understanding of IT and operational processes.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, excellent organizational skills and experience of working with multiple teams. You should have an in-depth understanding of IT service management tools and processes, as well as a strong command of risk management principles. You should have a strong customer service orientation, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about service excellence, takes ownership of their role and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
