
Lead Analyst, Prime Brokerage Client Management
The Bank of New York Mellon is seeking an experienced Lead Analyst to join our Prime Brokerage Client Management team. This individual will be responsible for managing relationships with our prime brokerage clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. We are looking for a person who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has a knack for problem-solving. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of prime brokerage experience in client management, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with Prime Brokerage clients and ensure their satisfaction with services provided.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Actively resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to identify solutions to customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of Prime Brokerage products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop reports and presentations as needed.
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Participate in team meetings and provide valuable input.
- Utilize independent and collaborative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
