The Bank of New York Mellon is currently seeking a talented and experienced Lead Analyst, Client Services Officer to join our team. This individual will serve as an integral member of the team and will be responsible for providing superior service in the areas of client services, data management and analysis.The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years of experience in a client services role in the financial services industry, coupled with a deep understanding of client service operations and the ability to build relationships with clients. They are highly organized and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as a point of contact for clients to ensure their needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with service and products.
  3. Maintain and analyze data to identify any trends or changes in client service.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve client service operations.
  5. Facilitate the communication and collaboration between clients and departments to ensure successful completion of projects.
  6. Monitor and analyze client feedback to ensure quality service.
  7. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure efficient client service operations.
  8. Document and track all client interactions.
  9. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws.
  10. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and changes in client service operations.
