Job Description

The Bank of New York Mellon is seeking an experienced professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to fill the role of Lead Analyst, Client Service. The Lead Analyst will be responsible for providing superior customer service to our valued clients while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. This position requires a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional service and an eagerness to learn and grow within our organization.The ideal candidate for this role will possess a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field as well as a minimum of five years of work experience in a financial services environment. The successful candidate must also have outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments. The Lead Analyst must also demonstrate a strong aptitude for working with technology and have the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems. Additionally, a proactive approach to customer service and a commitment to providing a high level of support and service is essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide superior customer service to our valued clients while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  2. Proactively resolve customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bank of New York Mellon products, services, and processes.
  4. Develop strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Think critically and make sound decisions.
  6. Learn and adapt quickly to new systems and technology.
  7. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and develop solutions to address customer concerns.
  8. Collaborate with colleagues to develop new customer service strategies.
  9. Monitor customer accounts and transactions for accuracy and compliance.
  10. Lead customer service training initiatives for new staff.
