Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze investment operations to develop and manage solutions that drive client success.
  2. Identify and troubleshoot potential problems with solutions.
  3. Maintain a strong understanding of investment operations.
  4. Work independently to develop effective solutions.
  5. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in all solutions.
  6. Develop new concepts and ideas to improve existing solutions.
  7. Collaborate with other members of the Investment Operations Solutions team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions.
  8. Stay abreast of industry trends to ensure solutions remain relevant.
  9. Provide technical guidance and support to clients as needed.
  10. Monitor solutions to ensure they are functioning properly.
