Job Description

The Bank of New York Mellon is seeking a passionate and highly motivated Investment Operations Solutions Analyst to join our Investment Services team. As an Investment Operations Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining operational solutions within our Investment Services department in order to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and accuracy. We are looking for an individual with a strong technical background and an aptitude for problem-solving. The ideal candidate should have experience in the financial services industry, strong analytical and organizational skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.If you have a passion for financial operations and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and maintain operational solutions that are efficient and accurate for Investment Services.
  2. Analyze financial data and provide appropriate solutions to address identified issues.
  3. Utilize technical skills to develop and maintain automated processes to ensure operational compliance.
  4. Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet their requirements.
  5. Monitor and audit financial operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations and policies.
  6. Provide regular reports to management regarding operational performance.
  7. Provide technical support to staff and customers.
  8. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for investment operations.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements.
  10. Assist in the development and documentation of operational procedures.
