  1. Develop and implement effective IAM and RBAC strategies to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data.
  2. Conduct regular reviews and audits of IAM and RBAC systems to identify and address any vulnerabilities or risks.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain IAM and RBAC solutions that meet the organization's security and compliance requirements.
  4. Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to IAM and RBAC, and make recommendations for their implementation.
  5. Monitor and analyze system logs and security events to identify and respond to potential security incidents.
  6. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their access needs and translate them into appropriate IAM and RBAC policies and procedures.
  7. Participate in the development and maintenance of IAM and RBAC-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  8. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IAM and RBAC systems, including investigating and resolving access-related issues.
  9. Conduct training and awareness sessions for employees on IAM and RBAC policies and procedures.
  10. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to implement and integrate IAM and RBAC solutions.
  11. Proactively identify and recommend improvements to the organization's IAM and RBAC processes and procedures.
  12. Respond to and resolve any security incidents related to IAM and RBAC systems.
  13. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior management, to provide updates on IAM and RBAC-related initiatives.
  14. Lead and participate in projects related to IAM and RBAC, including planning, implementation, and testing.
  15. Maintain a thorough understanding of the organization's risk management policies and procedures and ensure that IAM and RBAC systems are compliant with them.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Identity And Access Management (Iam) And Role-Based Access Control (Rbac) Systems.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry Best Practices And Standards For Iam And Rbac, Including Experience With Tools Such As Sailpoint, Okta, Or Cyberark.

  • Experience Implementing And Maintaining Rbac Policies And Procedures In A Large Enterprise Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
