Job Description

We’re looking for a highly motivated Full-Stack Developer to join our team at The Bank of New York Mellon. As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, maintaining, and improving the software and applications our organization uses. You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, and have excellent problem solving skills.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a minimum of two years of experience in software development; and proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience in React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB is a plus.You must have a strong attention to detail, be highly organized, and have excellent communication skills. You must also have a passion for technology and innovation, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.If you’re looking for an opportunity to make a difference and be part of a great team, then this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain software and applications for The Bank of New York Mellon.
  2. Test software and applications for accuracy and functionality.
  3. Troubleshoot and debug software and applications.
  4. Document changes and improvements to existing software and applications.
  5. Assist in the development of new software and applications.
  6. Work independently and with other developers in a team environment.
  7. Utilize problem solving skills to resolve issues.
  8. Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  9. Stay up to date on the latest technologies and trends.
  10. Communicate effectively with other developers, stakeholders, and project managers.
