The Bank of New York Mellon is seeking a visionary and passionate Employee & Culture Communications Vice President to join our vibrant team. This key role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic employee and culture communications, designed to engage, inspire, and motivate employees and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in employee and culture communications, ideally in a financial services setting, and a proven track record of success in driving employee engagement and culture initiatives. The successful candidate will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of partners, and an energetic and creative approach to communications.We are looking for someone with a strong customer focus, a passion for employee engagement and culture, and a dedication to driving high-impact initiatives that will have a meaningful impact on our employees.
