
EMEA Head of Sales and Relationship Management
We are looking for an experienced leader to join The Bank of New York Mellon’s team as the Head of Sales and Relationship Management for the EMEA region. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, increase client engagement, and enhance the client experience. The successful applicant will have a track record of success in sales or relationship management, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to think strategically. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase client engagement in the EMEA region.
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients in the EMEA region.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
- Develop and present reports to management on sales and customer satisfaction trends.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the Bank’s products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities for the Bank and cultivate relationships to increase sales.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to remain competitive.
