We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as the Director, Fund/Client Accounting Manager for Account & Administration Oversight. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting and administration functions for our fund and client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. We are looking for a strategic leader with a strong background in fund accounting and administration, as well as a deep understanding of the financial industry.   1. Oversee all accounting and administration functions for fund and client accounts.
  2. Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  3. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive operational excellence.
  4. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  5. Manage a team of account and administration professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and inform decision-making.
  9. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and identify any potential issues.
  10. Communicate with senior management and stakeholders to provide updates on performance and address any concerns.
  11. Develop and implement training programs for team members to ensure a high level of expertise and knowledge.
  12. Monitor and manage budgets and expenses related to fund and client accounting and administration.
  13. Identify and address any risks or issues that may impact the financial assets of clients.
  14. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure successful audits and compliance.
  15. Continuously strive for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Fund Accounting Or Financial Services Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Accounting Principles And Financial Reporting Standards

  • Excellent Leadership And Management Skills, With Experience Managing A Team

  • Knowledge Of Fund Administration And Investment Management Processes And Systems, Such As Bloomberg Or Eagle Investment Systems
